Sad clown

For not the first time, Crystal and I got into first a discussion and then an argument about faith and ethics. Every time this happens we both wind up short of patience and angry with each other. And we both have a general tendency to slightly misunderstand the other anyway, so that never wind up well.

On days this happens, I try to wonder why I'm never attracted to people more like me. I also wonder why she hasn't dumped me yet. There's no way I don't infuriate her.

ERGH!

If it's any consolation, I'm a Calvinist Presbyterian Moderate and Mrs. Rakshasa's a Protest Atheist. I'm also far more into Depeche Mode than she could ever be.
Fact: Being attracted to people more like you isn't how it works. Absolutely nobody I know has ended up with anyone even remotely like them.
